I arrived very late in the evening and left very early in the morning, so I didn't expend enough time to answer this question
Very small room.

A fair review, pros and cons
Great value for a centrally located hotel! With clean rooms making it easy to unwind after outings.
Street noise occasionally disrupts sleep, and staff seemed unresponsive at times to simple requests!

The rooms are reasonably spacious with a laptop-size safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The location is marvellous and fantastic, 2 km from Louvre Museum.

Cleanliness
Rude staff, quite expensive for room size, had asked for large double bed but got two twin ones.wouldnt be going there again.

The location was unbeatable, with easy access to metro lines taking us directly to the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur. The staff provided excellent recommendations for local vegetarian and vegan eateries.
Street noise was occasionally disruptive, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

It was clean - close to gare de nord and in a central position for what we wanted to do.
The small slow lift was a bit of a turnoff - it needed a bit of upgrading - taps toilet etc.

We had a dead sound stay! The room was clean and cozy, with a lovely layout that made it feel just right. The staff were super helpful too. Only downside was the room being a bit small for all our bags, but you get what you pay for, eh!

We stayed in room 441. Room was big enough to open 2 luggage at the same time. There is a small bathtub in the bathroom.
It would be nice for a kettle & free internet access in the room. We have to request to switch on the power supply for the air-con in our room. Carpet in the room was slightly dirty, we have to wear bedroom slippers.

Fair enough..
Minibar was stinking like a dead body was inside. Therefore we didn't use it. And toilet seat needs to be changed.

Location was good.
The common areas, like stairs and corridors, were very poorly kept - old, stained, tatty carpets, crumbling and dirty walls - it needs a complete refurb. Walking to my room through this my heart sank and I really thought I had walked into a disaster zone. That said, the room itself wasn't so bad. It's also good that they do room service till late (1.30am) - though I wasn't inclined to order any given the state of the place.

The hotel is located in a lively area - cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, near the Folies Bergere, but in a quiet street. The hotel is not big and I liked its intimate atmosphere. As we stayed for 7 days, we were given a large room with a large table, so we could sit and eat. The bathroom is very pleasant because it has been refurbished.
I would advise you to remove the wall to wall carpet and old wallpaper and clean the stairs.
